Within three years from the date of sale, the quality problem can not be used normally by the manufacturer for free maintenance. You can send back the faulty products and accessories, and we will repair them for you immediately. The repaired products will ensure the performance of the new products.

 

The implementation of free warranty service must meet the following conditions:

√ Self-purchased products are used normally within the specified product warranty period, and non-human performance failures occur;
√ No unauthorized disassembly of the machine, no modification or retrofitting of official instructions, and other non-human-caused faults;
√ Provide valid proof of purchase, documents and single number.

 

The following conditions are not covered by free product warranty service:

× Collision and burning accidents caused by man-made non-product quality problems;
× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, shell opening and other acts not guided by the official instructions;
× Damage or water ingress caused by incorrect installation, use and operation not in accordance with the instructions;
× In the absence of official instructions, the customer repairs the damage caused by the assembly;

× machine serial number, factory label and other signs of tearing and altering;
× After contacting the manufacturer to confirm the warranty service, the corresponding items were not sent within 7 natural days.

 

Other Notes:

√ The user needs to send the problem product back. After receiving the problem machine, the manufacturer will conduct fault detection on the product to determine the responsibility for the problem. If it belongs to the quality defect of the product itself, the manufacturer is responsible for the inspection fee, material fee, labor fee and courier fee.
√ If the tested product does not meet the conditions for free maintenance, the customer can choose to pay for maintenance or send the original machine back.
√ If the problem of the machine is not covered by the warranty (such as human-caused damage to the machine), we will charge the corresponding inspection fee, replacement part fee, test fee, labor fee and express fee according to the specific problem.

√ In order to ensure your normal rights and interests, please check whether the product is in good condition (whether there is damage caused by logistics and other reasons) when signing for the goods. If the product is abnormal, please give us feedback within 7 days from the date of receipt. Otherwise, it will be regarded as your default product without damage and normal performance. According to the logistics claim management process, damage to goods caused by logistics transportation should be reported to the manufacturer within 24 hours, and it will not be accepted for you within the time limit.
